EMERGENCY POLICY

We try to have a doctor available for your calls 24/7 BUT due to the fact that we are NOT a 24 hour facility and our doctors need to be prepared for our regular daytime duties we often have to refer some of the more serious or late night calls to one of the nearby emergency clinics. We know these seem to be a long way off but in reality they are no farther than the ER you would be attending yourself. We also feel the intensive care your pet will receive far outweighs any inconvenience.

DIRECTIONS FROM BANDERA--Take I-10 East to San Antonio. Exit onto 1604 East. You will exit at the Stone Oak Parkway Exit. Take a left onto Stone Oak Parkway. Take a right onto Sonterra Blvd. VREC is located on the left hand side of Sonterra Blvd just past Ronald Reagan Drive.
